As part of Global Caring Month this September, Sunshine Ford are joining Ford Dealers around the world to help fight hunger and support communities in need.
Together, more than 5,000 Ford Dealers worldwide are aiming to collect 100kg of non-perishable food each - with a combined goal of an incredible 500,000kg of donations for local food pantries and non-profit organisations.
And we’d love your help to make it happen. We are very excited to be partnering with our chosen local Gold Coast charity Havafeed where all donations will be delivered to Robyn and Lindsay towards the end of September.
The Havafeed Ford Ranger Raptor will be located near The Kitchens at Robina Town Centre from Monday 17 to Sunday 23 August to kick off our food drive!
Help us fill a Ford for a good cause. Every donation, no matter how small, will help us improve lives.
What you can donate:
🥫 PANTRY ESSENTIALS: Long-life milk, full-cream milk (200ml), baked beans, spaghetti, pasta, pasta sauce, tinned soup, tinned vegetables, tinned fruit, tuna & salmon
☕ DRINKS & QUICK MEALS: Tea, coffee, green tea sachets, cup soups, cup noodles, bottled water, sugar
🍪 BREAKFAST & SNACKS: Cereals, muesli bars, biscuits, fruit cups
🧴 TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Toiletries, toilet paper & other paper products
🥡 FOOD CONTAINERS: Takeaway fresh food containers & plastic containers
About Havafeed
For almost 30 years, Havafeed has been supporting the Gold Coast community, providing assistance to disadvantaged families, pensioners, people experiencing homelessness and victims of domestic violence.
But their work goes far beyond providing hot meals and food parcels. Havafeed offers a welcoming and supportive environment where people doing it tough can find connection, companionship, encouragement and access to additional support services when they need them most.
