The Ford Kuga has arrived on Australian shores, with the European-built SUV being offered in two impressive variants - Trend and Titanium.
Only available in five-speed automatic transmission, the Ford Kuga has a fuel consumption rating of 10.3 litres per 100 kilometres.
The entry-level Trend comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, voice command, keyless engine start and stop technology and flip-up rear glass window as standard.
Additional features for the Titanium variant include heated front seats, rear parking sensors, automatic headlights and stainless-steel front scuff plates.
While originally offered as a replacement for the Ford Escape, automotive website The Motor Report has confirmed that the existing SUV will continue to be available to "buyers looking for an 'entry level' option in the compact SUV range".
According to the car manufacturer, while supply of the Ford Kuga from Europe is restricted, it expects to sell its full allocation of 200 units a month.
The all-new Ford Kuga replacement is due in early 2013. In the meantime, visit Sunshine Ford - your Ford dealership on the Gold Coast to view the range of Ford cars.
