The bar has been raised...again. This time, Ford Company has revamped the Ford Ranger into a completely new beast. The all-new Ford Ranger, engineered and designed in Australia, has been built with no compromise, it was tested in the toughest of climates and terrains across 5 continents to ensure its durability. Completely designed around the driver, the all-new Ford Ranger comes equipped with the latest entertainment and connectivity technology, making it more like a modern SUV than a hard working truck. Like its predecessor, the new Ford Ranger will continue to be supplied as a 4x2 and 4x4 SUV. In addition to these added features, the chassis, drive train and suspension have been totally redesigned. Add a genuine Ford tow pack and towbar to the Ford Ranger 4x2 Hi-Rider and Ford Ranger 4x4 models, and you’ll receive a towing capacity of up to 3,350kg. Add the Ford towpack and towbar to a Ford Ranger 4x2 XL Single Cab Chassis Hi rider 2.2L Diesel and you’ll achieve up to 1,528kg of towing capacity! And when the going gets really tough, you can rely on the Ford Ranger’s off-road performance, with Locking Rear Differential (LRD) and impressive water wading of up to 800mm (800mm water wading available on 4x2 Hi-Rider and 4x4 models only, maintaining a steady speed of not more than 7km per hour). |
